جوتے کی مذہبی تاریخ

آپ ابنِ بطوطہ کی طرح اپنے جوتے بغل میں دبائیں اور میری انگلی تھامے قدیم یونا ن کے شہر ایتھنز کی ایک چوٹی پہ چلیں ، یہاں کھڑے ہوجائیں ، اب اوپر دیکھیں ، بادلوں میں کوئی اُڑ رہا ہے، اس نے پَروں والے جوتے پہنے ہیں، اس کا نام “ہرمیز ” ہے،یہ خداؤں کا پیغام رساں ہے لیکن درحقیقت یہ چور ہے، خداؤں کا چور! یہ اُڑنے والے جوتے اسے” زُیس” نے اُس وقت دیئے جب اس نے اپنی چوری قبول کر لی۔ اب میرے ساتھ قدیم ہندوستان کی سلطنت ایودھا کے شاہی محل چلیں، اندر داخل ہوں ، سامنے دیکھیں سنگھاسن پر کون بیٹھا ہے ۔۔۔ایک جوتا!! یہ ایک جوتے کی سلطنت ہے، جی ہاں سہی سُنا آپ نے ، ایک جوتا! اس کا نام” رام پدوکا” ہے، یہ اِس سلطنت پر چودہ سال کے لیےحکومت کرے گا، بھرت نے رام سے بڑی منت سماجت کے بعد اس کو شاہی تخت پر بٹھانےکانِڑنے لیا ہے۔

چلیں اب قدیم ایشیاء کوچک آئیں، میرے پہلو سے ذرا بائیں سِرکتے ہوئے زمیں کو غور سے دیکھیں، یہاں جوتے مقدس نہیں! خدا موسیٰؑ کو جوتے اُتارنے کا آدیش دے رہا ہے، اسی زمیں کی مقدس کتاب زبور کھولیں، خدا نے ادومؔ کو جوتا مارنے کی ٹھانی ہے، یہیں کسی یہودی بیوہ کے جیٹھ نے اُس سے شادی کرنے سے انکار کردیا ہے، تورات کے قانون کے مطابق بیوہ اپنے جیٹھ کا جوتا اُتار نے میں مصروف ہے، اب “غزل الغزلات”کو سر سری دیکھ لو کیونکہ اس میں صرف جوتے نہیں اُتارےجار ہےبلکہ۔۔۔! نا نا نابھئیا، اس شہر کے ہمسائے علاقوںمیں مت جھانکو، جوتے خون سے میلےہو جائیں گے،بڑا خون خرابہ ہے، وہ دیکھو، اُروک میں گِل گامیش کے جوتوں پر تازہ خون لگا ہے، “اِنکدو” اس کے خون آلود جوتوں کو بڑے انہماک سے دیکھ رہا ہے،گِل گامیش نے ابھی ابھی “ہمابا “کا سر قلم کیا ہے، نہ دیکھواِدھر اُدھر، مایاتہذیب میں تو بالکل بھی نہیں، دل دہل جائے گا، غلاموں کے سر جوتوں کے نیچے پٹاخے ثابت ہورہے ہیں، جو بچ گئے ہیں ان کے زندہ جسموں کا سینہ چاک کیا جا رہا ہے، دل نکالے جا رہے ہیں ، سورج دیوتا اس سے بہت خوش ہوتا ہے۔

ذرا اُدھر دیکھو، میزوپوٹیمیا کے شہر “اُر ” میں، زیگورٹ پر، بادشاہ پروہت کے جوتے تھامے ہوئے ہے اور رونے کی ناکام کوشش کر رہا ہے تاکہ اس کی بادشاہت اگلے تہوار تک قائم رہے، نکما!! چلو واپس ہندوستان چلتے ہیں، رہنے دو، مہاویر وردھمن تو جوتے ہی نہیں پہنتا!چلو نیپال کی جانب ہولیتے ہیں، آنند سر جھکائے کھڑا ہے، گوتم سدھارتھا اُسے سمجھا رہا ہےکہ اُڑنے والے جوتے پہن کر نروان تک رسائی حاصل نہیں کی جاسکتی ۔ نکلیں ہیں تو مصر کی بھی تھوڑی سیر ہو جائے ، بادشاہ نارمر ایک نامرد شخص سے ناخوش دکھائی دے رہا ہے، وہ اُسے قتل کرنے والا ہے، مگر یہ مقدس کام ہے، جوتے پہن کر نہیں کیا جاسکتا، وہ پیچھے دیکھو ، ایک غلام بادشاہ کے جوتے اُٹھائے کھڑا ہے، بھئی مذہبی فریضے پر ما مورہے۔

سیر سے تھک گئے ہوں گے، جلدی جلدی وقت کا پہیا گھماتا ہوں، دیکھو ،بدلتا ہے جوتاانساں کیسے کیسے!لوگ خواہش کررہیں کہ وہ لیٹ جائیں اور انِ جوتوں کااگلا قدم ان کابدن ہو۔بابا سائیں۔۔۔ زین العابدین۔۔۔ مولانا روم ، رُکو، یہ کیا ! یہاں پھر کوئی پَروں والے جوتے پہن کے اُڑ رہا ہے، اچھا، یہ دیوتا مرکری ہے، ہرمیز بہروپیئے۔۔۔ پہیا گھماؤ، ۔۔۔بابا نانک ۔۔۔جون کیلون۔۔۔ خمینی ۔۔۔ گرو رُجنیش۔۔۔سَدھ گرو، دیکھا کیسے مذہبی جوتا چارلس ڈارون کے نظریے کو منہ چڑھا رہا ہے۔

اب تھوڑا سا بائیں جانب پیچھےچل کے آگے بڑھتے ہیں۔۔۔ کومٹے، ہوم ، کانٹ،لوک، ڈیکارٹ، بیکن، روسو، رَسل اور پتہ نہیں کون کون گستاخ قدیم یونانی فلاسفروں کے سر پر سائنس کے جوتے برسا رہے ہیں مگر وہ سارے اکیسویں صدی میں گر رہے ہیں، یہ سائنس کا دور ہے۔ یاد رکھنا اور غور کرنا، یہاں لوگ ایسے ہی بات نہیں مانتے، تجربے سے مشاہدہ کرتے ہیں، آج کل ان لوگوں کے ہاتھ ہرمیز کا جوتا آگیا ہے، وہی اُڑنے والا جوتا جسے “پرسی اَس ” نےادھار لے کر “میدوسا” کی حکومت گرائی تھی۔پچھلے چند سالوں سے یہ اس پر تجربے کررہے ہیں آئیکہ یہ حکومت گِرا سکتا ہےیا نیئں؟ یہ لوگ اتنے سائنسی ہیں کہ جن جن ریاستوں میں جوتا مقدس رہا ہے یہ وہیں اس کا تجربہ کر رہے ہیں۔۔۔یونان میں پاپیندریو پر، میزو پوٹیمیا میں بُش پر، اسکندریہ میں ہلری پر۔۔۔اسرائیل میں بینی دگان پر۔۔۔جندل ۔۔۔منموہن ۔۔۔ مشرف۔۔۔کبھی کبھی تجربہ اپنے مقام سے تھوڑا آگے پیچھے ہو جاتا ہے۔۔۔طیب اردوگان۔۔۔مہدی کاروبی۔۔۔ماینگ جو۔۔۔ ہندوستان اور پاکستان میں اس تجربے کے سب سے عظیم سائنسدان موجود ہیں ، کیوں نہ ہوں، ایک پر جوتے نے حکومت کی ہے ایک پر موڈرن جوتے نے:بوٹ!ان سائنسدانوں کو کون سمجھائے کہ نہ وہ پرسی اَس ہیں اور نہ جوتا سر پہ پہننے کے لیے ہوتا ہے۔ یہ دیکھو ، پاکستان میں اک تازہ تجربہ ہوا ہے ۔۔۔نواز شریف پر۔۔۔ یہ لوگ بھول گئے ہیں شاید۔۔۔ دین کے لیے تو طائف میں جوتے لہولہان ہوئے تھے۔
