اسرار شبیری

جہاں دل خون کے آنسو رو رہے ہیں اور شہ رگیں ننھی زینب کے ان کہے سوالوں سے گھٹی ہوئی ہیں۔ ہر سانس میں زینب کی گھٹتی سانسوں کا نوحہ ہے۔ ۔نہ جانے یہ کچرے کا تعفن ہے یا ہماری اپنی سیاسی اقدار کی بو، گرما گرم تقریریں، دل موہ لینے والی شاعری۔ لفظوں کی نوک جھونک اور بے مقصد لفاظی، ادبی شاہکاریاں، ٹی وی پر بیٹھے اینکرز کی دکھ بھری ہمدردیاں، سیاستدانوں کے حکومت پر حملے اور حکومتی ہٹ دہرمیاں، پنجاب کے بدبخت وزیروں کی بیان بازیاں یہ سب کچھ حسب روایت چل رہا ہے اور چلتا ہی رہے گا۔

شاید عوام کو یہ پتا نہیں کہ اس شہر قصور میں بس حال ہی میں گیارہ ’’زینبیں‘‘ زمانہ جاہلیت کے دور کو تازہ کرتے ہوئے اس زمانہ جدید کے رخساروں پر طمانچہ رسید کرتی ہوئی خاموشی سے منوں مٹی کے نیچے دفن چکی ہیں۔

اس بحث میں پڑنا فضول ہے کہ ان زینب جیسی گیارہ بچیوں میں سب سے پہلی زینب کے لیے اس قدر شور کیوں نہ ہوا کہ شاید پہلی زینب پہ اس قدر واویلا ہوتا اور اس قدر سول سوسائٹی کی تحریکیں چلتیں تو شاید دوسری زینب بچ جاتی۔ شاید دوسری بیٹی تک پہنچنے سے درندے ڈر محسوس کرتے۔ لیکن شاید ہماری عادت سی ہو گئی ہے، ان سفاکیوں کو دیکھنے کی۔ لیکن پھر سوچتا ہوں شاید آرمی پبلک اسکول کے درجنوں شہدا کے خان وادوں کا کوئی پرسان حال بازپرس نہیں، درجنوں معصوم لوگوں کو دن دیہاڑے کیمرے کی آنکھ کے سامنے ماڈل ٹاون لاہور میں قانون کے رکھوالوں کے ہاتھوں قتل عام بھی سرد خانے میں ڈال دیا گیا، کتنی مائیں سسکتی آہوں اور بکاؤں میں کہتی ملتی ہیں کہ وہ اپنے جوان بچوں کے خون کا حساب کن ہاتھوں پہ ڈھونڈیں کیونکہ وہ ہاتھ آہنی ہاتھ ہیں، سیاستدانوں اور وڈیروں کے ہاتھ ہیں۔

تو پھر کیا کریں؟ پنجاب شریفوں کی حکومت ہے اور سندہ زرداریوں کی بلوچستان نشے میں دھت وڈیروں کی اور پختونخوا کپتان کی جو ’’نیا پاکستان‘‘ چاہتا ہے۔

ہونا تو یہ چاہیے کہ ہر ووٹ کے پرچے پر زینب کی تصویر چسپاں کر کے بیلٹ بکس میں ڈال دیں اور ان انسانی تاجروں، لٹیروں، ظالموں اور چوروں کو ایک ایک ووٹ کے انصافی پلڑے پر تول کے اسی کچرے کے ڈھیر پہ لا پھینکا جائے جہاں معصوم زینب کو پھینکا گیا ہے۔

کیا یہ ہو گا؟ نہیں نہیں ہر گز نہیں۔ ہم نے پھر انہیں لعینوں کو اپنے اسی ووٹ کے ساتھ منتخب کرنا ہے کہ وہ کل اور زینبوں کے لیے زندگی کو اجیرن بنا سکیں اور مگرمچھ کے آنسووں سے ھمیں تسلیاں دیے کر  اپنا الو سیدھا کر لیں۔

جی ہم سب مجرم ہیں، اس ننھی زینب کے اور ان تمام زینبوں کے کیونکہ ہم نے کبھی بھی بہتر کردار ادا نہیں کیا۔ کسی مفکر نے کیا خوب کہا تھا کہ جو جدوجہد میں دنیا سے چلے گئے انہوں نے کار حسینی ادا کیا اور جو رہ گئے انہیں چاہیے کہ کار زینبی ادا کریں تاکہ شہدا اور معصوموں کے خون سے وفا کا حق ادا ہو سکے وگرنہ تیسرا رستہ صرف شمر اور یزید کا رستہ ہے۔ انتخاب ہمارا ہے اور فیصلہ بھی ہمارا کہ ہمیں کار زینبی ادا کرنا ھے یا کار یزیدی۔

وقت دوبارہ نہیں آتا اور خدا کی عدالت برحق ہے۔

اور اگر اور کچھ نہیں کر سکتے تو خدارا اپنے بچوں کی حفاظت خود کرنا سیکھیں۔ کبھی اپنے معصوم پھولوں کو اکیلا کہیں نہ بھیجیں کہ نہ نجانے کس کونے پہ کوئی درندہ صفت ان کے انتظار میں بیٹھا ہو ۔ خدارا ہوش کے ناخن لیں اور اپنے اور اپنے اہل و عیال کی دکھ بھال کو اولیں ترجیح دیں اور اپنے محلوں میں پہروں کا نظام متعارف کروائیں تاکہ ایسے واقعات کا سدباب ہو سکے، حکومت پر اب مزید چھوڑنا، خود کو فریب دینے کے مترادف ہو گا۔
