عمران خان سیاست کے لئے ایک نئی امید کا نام تھا، عمران خان نوجوانوں کے لئے رول ماڈل تھا۔عمران تبدیلی کا نام تھا لیکن وہ عمران جو امید اور تبدیلی کا نام تھا، وہ اب کہیں نہیں ہے ۔
سیاست کی ڈکشنری میں گندے اور گھٹیا الفاظ آتے جاتے رہتے ہیں ،یا یوں کہہ لیں کہ شامل اور خارج ہوتے رہتے ہیں ۔ چند دن پہلے عمران خان نے جلسے میں خطاب کے دوران سیاست کی ڈکشنری میں نئے لفظ کا اضافہ کیا ہے ،اس نئے لفظ کا نام ہے ۔۔پارلیمان پر لعنت۔۔۔۔یعنی انہوں نے پارلیمنٹ کو ہی لعنتی کہہ دیا اور لعنت بھیج دی۔ شیخو نے تو ہزار مرتبہ پارلیمنٹ پر لعنت بھیجی تھی ۔جلسے کے بعد اگلے دن عمران خان نے ایک ٹوئیٹ کر ڈالی اور پھر لعنت کا ذکر چھیڑ دیا ۔فرمایا کہ لعنت تو ایک دھیما لفظ ہے ،پول کرالیں دیکھیں کہ کیا نتائج آتے ہیں۔کوئی بات نہیں کہ انہوں نے بازاری زبان استعمال کی ۔وہ اس طرح کی زبان اکثر استعمال کرتے رہتے ہیں ۔پیپلز پارٹی نے تو صاف کہہ دیا ہے کہ وہ پارلیمنٹ کو بے عزت ہوتا نہیں دیکھ سکتے ،اس لئے قومی اسمبلی میں عمران خان اور شیخ رشید کی لعنت کی فلاسفی کے خلاف قرار داد مزمت بھی منظور کی گئی ہے ۔عمران خان نے پارلیمنٹ پر جو لعنت بھیجی ہے ،اس حوالے سے عوام کی طرف سے بھی شدید مزمت آ رہی ہے ۔چور ،اچکا ،ریلو کٹا ،کمینہ ،زلیل ،یہ وہ الفاظ ہیں جو عمران خان صاحب اکثر استعمال کرتے رہتے ہیں ،اب انہوں نے پارلیمنٹ پر ہی لعنت بھیج دی ہے ۔اب عمران صاحب فرما رہے ہیں کہ ان کے خلاف یہ طوفان بدتمیزی کیوں برپا ہے ،صرف انہوں نے لعنت ہی تو بھیجی تھی ۔ویسے ہم کیوں عمران خان کی اس معصوم گالی پر حیران و ششدر ہیں ،عملی طور پر تو وہ پچھلے ساڑھے چار سال سے پارلیمنٹ پر لعنتیں بھیج رہے ہیں۔ عمران خان کو اب کون سمجھائے کہ پارلیمنٹ کسی عمارت کا نام نہیں ہے بلکہ تین سو پچاس اراکین کا نام ہے ۔وہ انسان جسے شیخ رشید کہا جاتا ہے جس نے ہزار بار پارلمینٹ پر لعنت بھیجی تھی ،اور مستعفی ہونے کا اعلان کیا تھا ،اب سنا ہے مستعفی ہونے کے اعلان سے مکر گیا ہے ۔بھائی جب لعنت بھیج دی ہے تو استعفی دو اور چلتے بنو۔

ٹھیک ہے پارلیمنٹ پر اشرافیہ کا قبضہ ہے، ٹھیک ہے بہت سارے کرپٹ انسان پارلیمنٹ میں ہیں، لیکن اس پارلیمنٹ کو منتخب کون کرتا ہے، منتخب تو عوام کرتے ہیں۔ پارلیمنٹ سپریم کورٹ سے بھی سپریم ادارہ ہے، آپ نے کیسے ایک اعلیٰ سپریم ادارے پر لعنت بھیج دی؟عمران خان نے پارلیمنٹ کے حوالے سے گندی زبان استعمال کی ہے، یہ الفاظ نازیبا ہیں اور انتہائی سخت ہیں اور کسی بھی لیڈر کو ایسے الفاظ زیب نہیں دیتے جو وزیر اعظم بننے کا امیدوار ہو۔ اگر پارلیمنٹ لعنتی ہے تو پھر آپ کو چاہیے سیاست سے دستبردار ہو جائیں۔

اس وقت تحریک انصاف کے 32 پارلیمنٹرین ہیں اور سات سنیٹر ہیں، ان تمام کی ایک ماہ کی تنخواہ ساٹھ لاکھ بنتی ہے اور سالانہ قریب سات کروڑ۔ عمران خان کو چاہیے کہ وہ اپنے تمام اراکین اسمبلی اور سنیٹرز کی تنخواہیں حکومتی خزانے میں وآپس جمع کرائیں، پھر چاہے سات کڑور مرتبہ پارلیمنٹ پر لعنتیں بھیجیں۔ اور پھر یہ اعلان بھی کریں کہ وہ آئندہ اس گندی اور گھٹیا پارلیمنٹ کا حصہ نہیں بنیں گے۔عمران خان صاحب بدقسمتی سے آپ لیڈر نہیں بن پائے، ضرور تنقید کریں لیکن الفاظ کا چناؤ اتنا بے ڈھنگا نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔ پارلیمنٹ کی کارکردگی پر سوال اٹھائیں، شریف حکومت کی کچن کیبینٹ پر تنقید کریں، یہ بتائیں کہ شریفوں کو کب پارلیمنت یاد آتی ہے، یہ بتائیں کہ جب شریف مشکل میں ہوتے ہیں تو تب پارلیمنٹ کے مامے چاچے بن جاتے ہیں، یہ بھی بتائیں کہ بہت سارے ایسے ایم این ایز تھے، جنہوں نے پارلیمنٹ میں آکر کچھ نہیں کیا، ایک سوال تک نہیں اٹھایا، صرف کرسیوں پر بیٹھے رہے، تنخواہیں لی اور مال کمایا۔ ہم آپ کے ساتھ ہیں۔ لیکن پارلیمنٹ جمہوریت کی علامت ہے، یعنی جمہوریت پر ہی آپ نے لعنت بھیج دی؟

کس نے آپ کو روکا ہے کہ آپ غریب لوگوں کو پارلیمنٹ میں نہ لائیں؟ لیکن اس کے لیے شائستہ زبان بھی استعمال کی جاسکتی ہے۔ کیا صرف گالم گلوچ سے ہی سیاست کرنا ضروری ہے۔ مجھے افسوس ہو رہا ہے کہ پچھلے الیکشن میں میں نے پی ٹی آئی کی سپورٹ کی تھی، وہ پی ٹی آئی جو تبدیلی کی بات کرتی تھی لیکن یہ جو اب ہو رہا ہے، ایسے کپتان کی سیاست کو میں نہیں مانتا۔

وہ پی ٹی آئی مر گئی جو تبدیلی کی بات کرتی تھی۔ اب ایک اور پی ٹی آئی پیدا ہو چکی ہے، جو پارلیمنٹ اور جمہوریت کو ہی لعنتی کہتی ہے۔ عمران خان کی وجہ سے نوجوان طبقہ سیاست کا حصہ بنا تھا ،اب یہی طبقہ سیاست سے دور ہو رہا ہے اور اس کی وجہ بھی عمران خان کی گندی سیاست ہے، جس طرح عمران ان نوجوانوں کو سیاست میں لائے تھے، اب دوبارہ ان کو سیاست سے دور کر رہے ہیں۔

سنجیدہ لہجے میں بات کریں، مسکرا کر بات کریں، شائستگی اور تہذیب سے بات کریں۔عوام کی زبان میں بات کریں، لیکن کیا عوام کی زبان بازاری ہوتی ہے؟ مشکل بات آسان اور گلیمرس انداز میں کریں تاکہ عوام سمجھیں۔ لیکن آپ تو عوام کو گندی زبان سکھا رہے ہیں، گالیاں سکھا رہے ہیں۔

امید ہے عمران خان صاحب معذرت کریں گے اور معافی مانگیں کہ ان سے غلطی ہو گئی، اگر معافی مانگنے کا موڈ نہیں تو لعنتی پارلیمنٹ کو چھوڑ دیں۔ عوام سے ووٹوں کی بھیک مانگنا چھوڑ دیں اور جاکر سوشل ورک کا کام سنبھالیں۔
