سولہ دسمبر کو ہم پاکستانی من حیث القوم سانحہ پشاور کا سوگ منا رہے تھے اور پاکستان میں بتدریج برھتی ہوئی مذہبی انتہا پسندانہ سوچ پر تشویشکا اظہار کرتے ہوئے دل ہی دل میں دعا گو تھے کہ اللہ نہ کرے کےاب ایسی کوئی خبر دوبارہ سننے کو ملے۔ ٹی وی چینلوں پر بھی ملک کے سیاسی ودفاعی اداروں کی جانب سے عزم و حوصلے سے بھرپور پیغامات نشر کئےجارہے تھے۔ کل ایک اشتہاری پیغام کے چند جملے سماعتوں سے گزرےکہ “آپریشن ضرب عضب اور ردالفساد کی کامیابی شہداءِ پشاور کا قرضتھا ہم پر اور ہم نے دشمنوں کے عزائم خاک میں ملادیئے ہیں” اور آج لگتا ہے کے پاکستان کی معصوم عوام کے اطمینان اور مسلح افواج کےدعوؤوں کو خاک میں ملانے اور اپنی موجودگی کو ثابت کرنے کے لیےخودکش حملے کے ذریعے نقارہ جنگ پھرسے بجا دیا گیا ہے۔

کیا صرف سانحہ پشاور کے شہداء کا قرض ہے ہماری افواج پر؟ مذہبکے نام پر شہید کیئے جانے والے مشعل خان اور کوئٹہ سے تعلق رکھنےوالے نو عمر ہندو لڑکے، سانحہ لعل شہباز قلندر اورسانحہ شاہ نورانی کےشہیدوں اور پاکستان سے ایران جانے والے شہید زائرین کا قرض کیوںنہیں ہے ہمارے اداروں پر؟ کیا اس لیے کہ وہ آرمی پبلک اسکول میں نہیںپڑھتے تھے؟ شاید آپ کو یاد ہوگا کہ جس دن لعل شہباز قلندر کے مزار کوایک خودکش بمبار نے خون سے غسل دینے کے لیے 80 بے گناہوں کوخون سے نہلا دیا اسی دن مذہبی الجھن کا شکار کنفیوز طبقے اور علمائے کرام کو یہ یاد بھی آگیا کہ مزارات پر دھمال ڈالنا غیر اسلامی ہے اور ان پر فوری پابندی لگانی چاہیے ان کی وجہ سے مزارات پر بے حیائی کو فروغ ملتا ہےاورمزار کا تقدّس پامال ہوتا ہے۔ یعنی کہ قاتل کو ایک نظریاتی جواز فراہم کرنا کہ وہ گمراہ لوگوں کو”جہنم واصل” (معذرت کے ساتھ) کر کے دین کی خدمت کر رہا ہے۔ ہم سب جانتے ہیں کے کس ہتک آمیز طریقے سےہمارے ٹی وی چینلز پر چلنے والے اسلامی و نیم اسلامی پرگراموں پر برانڈڈ علماء “ہنود و نصاریٰ” اور “قادیانی” کی اصطلاح استعمال کرتے ہیں یہسوچے بغیر کے اس سے ہمارے غیرمسلم بھائی بہنوں کی کس قدر دلآزاری ہوگی۔ ان جیسی نظریاتی تربیت گاہوں کی موجودگی میں کیسے مذہبیرواداری اور امن و امان کو فروغ مل سکتا ہے. جب آپ کچے ذہنوں میںیہ زہر بھریں کہ اقلیتی برادری توایسے انسان ہیں جو پیدا ہی ہوئے ہیں آ”گ کا ایندھن” بننے کے لیے۔

ایک جملہ پاک فوج کی جانب سے اکثر سننے کو ملتا ہے کہ “پاکستان کی جغرافیائی اور نظریاتی سرحدوں کا تحفظ پاک فوج کا فرض ہے” ٹھیک ایسےہی ان دہشت گردوں کی جغرافیائی تربیت گاہوں کے علاوہ نظریاتی تربیت گاہیں بھی موجود ہیں جو انہیں ان نفرت انگیز کارروائیوں کے لیے نظریاتی جواز فراہم کرتی ہیں۔ یہ درست ہے کی مذہبی جنونیت کی اس لہر کے تانےبانے “American sponsored version of JIHAD” سے جاکر ملتے ہیں جسے امریکا نے سویت یونین کے خلاف کامیابی سے استعمال کیا اور پاکستان کو مذہبی جنونیت کی آگ میں دھکیل دیا مگر سوال یہ پیدا ہوتا ہےکے ان کو جہاد جیسی اصطلاح کو اپنے مقاصد کے لیے استعمال کرنے کیاجازت کس نے دی؟ ہمارے جرنیلوں اور علمائے کرام نے جہاد کے نام پر ہمارے نوجوانوں کو ٹارگٹ کلرز میں تبدیل کردیا اور جعلی جہاد کے نام پر مسلمانوں اور دوسرے مذاہب سے تعلق رکھنے والوں کی قتل و غارت گری پر جنتّ کی بشارت سنائی۔

مسیحی برادری کے حوالے سے موجود نفرت اور تحفظات کی ایک جھلک توپاکستان میں چند ہفتوں قبل Good Friday سیل کے دنوں میں ہی ملگئی تھی جب مذہبی الجھن کا شکار کنفیوز طبقہ WhatsApp universities پراپنے خیالات کا اظہار کررہا تھا۔یہ سوچے بغیر کے جس طرح ہم غریبمسلمانو ں کو رمضان المبارک کے مہینے میں بچت اسکیموں کا انتظار ہوتاہے اسی طرح ہمارے مسیحی بھائی بھی کرسمس کی خریداری کے لیےاس دن کا انتظار کرتے ہیں اور پاکستان میں اس دن کو منانے سے جمعہکے اسلامی تشخص کو کوئی خطرہ نہیں اور نہ ہی Good Friday کے انعقادسے جمعۃالمبارک کے تقدس کو کوئی نقصان پہنچے گا۔ مگر کیا کیا جائے کہ ہمیہ سمجھنے کو تیار ہی نہیں کہ ہماری مذہبی نازک مزاجی اور سب سے اعلیہونے کا زعم ہمارے نوجوانوں کو خودکش بمباروں میں تبدیل کردیتا ہےاور یہی وجہ ہی کے پاکستان خودکش بمباروں کی سستی مارکیٹ بن چکاہے۔ اب چاہے وہ عالمی طاقتیں ہوں یا پڑوسی ملک یا ہماری صفوں میںچھپے دوست نما دشمن کہ جب بھی کسی کو ارض پاک پر انتشار پھیلاناہوتا ہے تو انہیں کرائے کے سستے قاتل ہماری منڈیوں سے ہی ملجاتے ہیں اور ان بیچاروں کی جانیں موت کے ایجنٹ سیاسی ناانصافیوں کا بدلہ، “کرایے کے ایجنٹ” کی خدمت اور غربت کے نام پر بڑے سستےداموں خرید لیتے ہیں۔

آج میرے پاس تسلی دینے کے کوئی الفاظ نہیں کیونکہ میں جانتی ہوں کہ یہروگ جلدی ہمارا پیچھا چھوڑنے والا نہیں ہے۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ ہمارےقومی سلامتی کے اداروں کے کندھوں پر قرض کے بوجھ کا مزید اضافہ ہوگیاہے۔ کوئٹہ کے چرچ میں جاں بحق ہونے والوں کے خون کے قرض کابوجھ۔
